30 Day Challenge – Day 1

Lately I have felt a growing need to challenge myself more, so I have decided to take on a massive (for me at least) challenge. I have challenged myself to write 50 quality articles in the next 30 days. This may not sound like a lot to the seasoned article writers that can crank out 10 or more articles a day, but for me it will be quite the monumental task.

Psychological research states that it takes at least 21 days to form a new habit, so by doing it for 30 days straight I anticipate that I will be able to keep my writing volume at a much higher rate even after the challenge is over.

I invite you to join me by doing a 30 day challenge of your own. It can be anything you’ve been wanting to do but haven’t found the time or motivation for yet. Make sure your challenge is big enough that it will take you out of your comfort zone, because that is one of the best ways to achieve personal growth.
